“We always said we wanted to pay it forward,” said Susan Jacobson, Greg’s mother.
The family determined the funds raised each year would go to support families with children in treatment; pediatric cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), where Greg was treated; and a scholarship for graduating KP High School seniors impacted by cancer.
